Mt Eden Spin Class Thursday

Each class is run by a fully trained athelete and the class content is changed on a regualr basis to keep the classes interesting. The focus is on providing a professional, challenging and fun environment. All levels of cyclist are welcome to attend any session. Remember you cannot be dropped on a windtrainer!

Cost: $7 / session with own windtrainer, $10 / session with hired windtrainer

Mt Eden Thursday Store Ride

We run three groups, one beginners, one intermediate and one for the more experienced or stronger riders.

The rides start from the front of the store. We head to St Heliers via Kepa Rd and then back along the waterfront (approx 30km). Some of us then head into the city to work, others up past the rose gardens, while others of us continue on for another 10km's finishing back at the store. All riders are catered for and there are compulsory stop to re-group. All welcome!
